Usage of Press Materials

You may use the images and logos solely in whole for editorial use by press and/or industry analysts subject to the terms of this agreement. This right to use is personal to you and is not transferable by you to another party. The images contained herein cannot be used to promote or sell any non-licensed TapouT/TapouT Energy product including t-shirts and other promotional merchandise. You may not alter, or modify the images or logos, in whole or in part, for any reason. As an agreement between you and TapouT Energy, TapouT Energy is and shall remain the sole and exclusive owner all images and logos. You will not delete, alter, or confuse any proprietary legends relating to the images and logos, and each use will be accompanied by the applicable proprietary attribution shown next to the images and logos.These images and logos are provided by TapouT Energy on an ‘as is’ basis, without warranty of any kind, including non-infringement or ownership. You are responsible for your use of the images and logos.
